“Why Is The Rum Always Gone” on Sound Cloud

This piece came from a little bit of noodling I did on the piano when I was supposed to be learning Hans Zimmer’s “He’s A Pirate” from Pirate’s Of The Caribbean. I wrote it down, put it somewhere safe and never thought much more about it until a couple of weeks ago.

I found the sheet music I’d written, played it, and suddenly knew what to do with it. I guess I was inspired that, like Cap’n Jack Sparrow, I wondered where the rum had gone ….. for the last 2 years!
